Hanjuku Kobo was officially established in 2015.The founder has always insisted on using premium quality Hokkaido extra cream cheese and has visited Japan many times to learn new baking techniques for developing new products

We decided to purchase local raw materials and baking equipment to ensure that customers taste the most authentic semi-baked cheesecake and different kinds of dessert.
